Q. I have something I'd like to discuss. What should I do first?
A. Please contact us by email or phone first. We accept phone calls from 9:00 to 17:30 on weekdays and emails 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 30 yen (including tax) for the first 11,000 minutes of consultation.
Q.Is it possible to correspond in languages other than Japanese?
A. We can speak not only English, but also German (email only).
Q. Is it possible to meet directly and discuss?
A. Of course, you can also come to our office in Shinjuku Ward.If you have internet at home, you can also talk face-to-face online via zoom or googlemeet.
Q. I am currently living overseas. Can I get advice?
A. We also accept requests from people living overseas. Please contact us by email first. We can also set up an online interview if you wish.
Q. Will the contents of my consultation be kept strictly confidential?
A. Administrative scriveners are bound by the Confidentiality Obligation under the Administrative Scriveners Act. We also impose a confidentiality obligation on our office staff. Please rest assured.
Q: How much does it cost?
A. It depends on the request and the customer's situation. We provide a free estimate in advance. We will not start work until you are satisfied, so please rest assured.

A. The scope of work of administrative scriveners is wide. The following are just a few examples, but we may be able to handle other matters, so please consult with us first. If the matter is outside the scope of administrative scriveners, we may be able to introduce you to a lawyer, judicial scrivener, patent attorney, tax accountant, or social insurance and labor consultant.
