Procedure flow

- 2. Please send us the various documents required for the application. The documents you need to prepare will differ depending on whether you are applying for permission or authorization as an individual or a corporation, so we will inform you of this separately.

- 4. Once the police have approved your application, we will mail you the issued secondhand goods dealer license. We also accept orders for secondhand goods dealer plates and peddler employee certificates, so we will send these to you together with the license if you request them.
