Wills, inheritance, and notarized documents
Service contents
While wills and inheritances are very important matters, they involve a lot of time and effort, such as collecting family registers and other various documents, and are quite complicated, making them difficult to handle on your own.
Even if you are able to collect the documents, in order to express your wishes regarding wills or inheritance, you must prepare the documents in the prescribed format using appropriate language. Even if you have taken the trouble to create a will or inheritance document, there is a possibility that it may be invalid because it does not comply with the legal format.
In addition, when making arrangements for the sale or purchase of real estate, the lease of money or buildings, or child support or compensation, if only verbal agreements or memorandums are exchanged between the parties, differences in understanding may result in disputes or important promises being broken.
In some cases, such as when using the adult guardianship system and entering into a voluntary guardianship contract, it is mandatory to have a notarized document prepared.
In order to prevent surviving family members from becoming distressed or leading to future troubles, it is necessary to have wills, expressions of inheritance intentions, voluntary guardianship, and other agreements regarding actions recorded as legal documents using the notarized system.
